A 2 hour bespoke Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) introductory session for adults and youth. Small intimate groups for an enriched experience. 1 INSTRUCTOR with 6 PARTICIPANTS. All equipment is provided: SUP board, leash, paddle, wetsuit (boots if required) and PFD. SUP is a highly accessible, fun and social way to enjoy the sea or inland waters. Almost anyone can do it, whatever your age, skill or fitness level. Within just a couple of hours, you will have mastered the basics. Kerry Baker lead instructor will contact you Sunday 12th to confirm location meeting point which could be Jackson's Bay, Whitmore Bay or Watchtower Bay, Barry Island.
